Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete pouring, framing, and masonry tasks with expert craftsmanship
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Interpret complex blueprints and schematics for residential/commercial developments
- Implement strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant job sites
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless project delivery
- Conduct material quality checks and inventory management
- Lead equipment maintenance and troubleshooting initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience with verified portfolio
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Proficiency in power tools (saws, drills, welders) and heavy machinery
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
