Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Install and operate scaffolding, power tools, and heavy machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints with attention to structural specifications
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols at all job sites
- Collaborate with skilled trades on residential and commercial builds
- Perform material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Document daily progress and material usage for project tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience in commercial/residential settings
- OSHA 10-Hour certification required (training provided if needed)
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read architectural drawings and technical plans
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills for team coordination
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Marion County
