Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Install, assemble, and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces to meet project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and waste disposal
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in operating heavy construction equipment
- Ability to read construction blueprints and technical documents
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
