Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors and building management
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Lead apprentices and junior electricians
- Manage material inventory and ordering
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility for overtime and on-call emergencies
