Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Construct/install structural components (framing, concrete, masonry)
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors seamlessly
- Maintain project cleanliness and material inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
