Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, pouring, and finishing tasks
- Install and operate scaffolding, rigging, and heavy equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Perform structural framing, roofing, and exterior finishing work
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow complex instructions
- NYC DOB Site Safety Training (SST) card preferred
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
