Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and project specifications with precision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Conduct quality checks on completed work
- Adhere to OSHA and local building regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
