Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Install/reinforce structural components following blueprints and OSHA standards
- Perform site preparation, grading, and utility trenching with precision
- Apply specialized finishes including stucco, tile, and waterproofing membranes
- Maintain equipment and conduct daily safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-trades teams to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working in extreme conditions
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation expertise
- Willingness to obtain additional trade certifications
