Responsibilities
- Perform complex pipe installations, repairs, and replacements in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, including water heaters, drainage, and sewage systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate cost estimates and professional on-site communication.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior apprentices and helpers.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations specific to Seattle.
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
