Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and grading tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints and safety protocols
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and formwork
- Manage material handling, inventory, and waste disposal
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to exceed OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades teams for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with power tools and hand equipment
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Class B CDL license preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Wake County
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
