Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and project managers
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate execution
- Perform site preparation and finishing work
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic carpentry/masonry skills preferred
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to job sites
