Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete work, framing, and masonry tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for accurate implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades to maintain project timelines
- Conduct site preparation and cleanup ensuring regulatory compliance
- Perform quality inspections and material verification
- Maintain equipment logs and safety documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years verifiable construction experience in commercial/residential settings
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Blueprint reading certification preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
