Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate power tools and machinery safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout, measurements, and installations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and execute tasks as per project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
