Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts, saws) with precision
- Install and maintain scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Perform concrete work, demolition, and site cleanup operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to read construction blueprints and schematics
- Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
