Responsibilities
- Execute complex construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finish work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Conduct site preparation, demolition, and material handling operations
- Perform quality control inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electricians, plumbers, and supervisors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
