Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with certification
- Install and frame structural components
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols daily
- Read and interpret technical blueprints
- Coordinate with subcontractors efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic carpentry/masonry skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attention to detail
