Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, finishing, and forming operations with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Perform material handling, including loading/unloading trucks and inventory management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Minneapolis metro
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
