Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring operations
- Install and maintain structural frameworks, scaffolding, and safety systems
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA certification
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct quality checks and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with tradespeople to ensure seamless workflow integration
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required
- Valid Class A or B CDL license preferred
- Proficiency in power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
