Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Maintain OSHA compliance and site safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and quality inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to read architectural drawings and schematics
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Texas state contractor license a plus
