Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, masonry, and demolition with precision
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, or concrete finishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for daily start times (6:00 AM)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
