Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with OSHA certification
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and finish surfaces per blueprints
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup protocols
- Collaborate with tradespeople (electricians, plumbers) on integrated projects
- Adhere to strict safety standards and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and blueprint reading
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
