Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and concrete work.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Support project managers with daily reporting and material tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction labor or related skilled trades is a plus.
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
