Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Install and finish structural elements including concrete, masonry, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project execution
- Conduct quality control inspections and safety audits
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project managers
- Maintain equipment and tools in optimal working condition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Expertise in concrete pouring, rebar installation, and formwork
- Commercial driver's license (Class B) preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
