Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install/repair concrete structures, scaffolding, and framing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople on complex builds
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to meet city regulations
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/construction labor experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong understanding of blueprints and construction plans
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Local Oklahoma City residency preferred
