Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Install and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for material assembly
- Perform site preparation, grading, and utility coordination tasks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physical stamina for extended outdoor work in Florida climate
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and precision in task execution
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as project demands
