Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) safely and efficiently
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) for seamless project execution
- Perform material handling and inventory management
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction or related field experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (e.g., forklift license)
