Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Install/repair structures, foundations, and finishing components
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Maintain job site cleanliness and hazardous material disposal
- Read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Pre-employment background/drug screening required
- Willingness to travel between Cleveland and PA sites
- CDL certification a plus
