Responsibilities
- Execute precise earthwork, excavation, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete pumps
- Install and maintain scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and project specifications
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with tradespeople to coordinate seamless workflow
- Assist in material handling, inventory management, and quality control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator license
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and construction documents
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Washington State Driver's License with clean record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
