Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques
- Install and frame structural components with attention to detail
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, saws) with certification
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and site safety protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure seamless project flow
- Perform material inventory and quality control checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL or heavy machinery operation license preferred
- Proficiency in concrete, masonry, and framing techniques
- Ability to read architectural drawings and schematics
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
