Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and finishing work per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Install and maintain electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC components
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain organized, hazard-free job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain equipment through daily checks and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in residential/commercial projects
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator license
- Proficiency with carpentry, masonry, and blueprint interpretation
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with building codes and local regulations
