Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Install and maintain structural frameworks and scaffolding
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols daily
- Coordinate material handling and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional trade teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years verifiable construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification required
- Heavy equipment operation license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of Missouri building codes
- Drug-free workplace certification
- Willingness to travel to project sites
