Responsibilities
- Execute skilled tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finish carpentry
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams to meet project deadlines
- Perform quality checks on completed installations
- Assist in material inventory management and procurement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in skilled trades
- Valid OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- North Carolina state driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with commercial construction preferred
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
