Responsibilities
- Execute concrete forming, pouring, and finishing for commercial structures
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with precision
- Install and maintain scaffolding systems per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project accuracy
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbing teams
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns)
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Background check and drug screening required
