Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete work including form-setting, pouring, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, trenchers) safely and efficiently
- Install and finish drywall, framing, and cabinetry with attention to detail
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in residential/commercial settings
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Class B CDL license with clean driving record (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in power tools (saws, drills, sanders) and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Strong understanding of local building codes and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification preferred
