Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations
- Install and remove scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery
- Maintain material inventory and transport supplies via forklifts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with skilled trades on complex construction phases
- Complete daily project documentation and quality control reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficient with power tools and basic construction machinery
- Strong attention to detail and precision in task execution
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading skills
