Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, drywall installation, and finish carpentry
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, HVAC) with material handling
- Perform site prep, demolition, and debris removal as needed
- Complete daily timesheets and safety checklists accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Flexible availability for early morning/evening/weekend shifts
