Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction schematics
- Assist carpenters and masons with material preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor in all weather conditions
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Flexibility for early morning starts and weekend shifts
- Own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, level)
