Responsibilities
- Execute skilled labor tasks including concrete pouring, framing, masonry, and finish carpentry
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with precision
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for project implementation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electricians, plumbers, and supervisors
- Material handling, site preparation, and debris management
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience in multiple trades
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and Florida driver's license
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy construction equipment
- Ability to read architectural drawings and schematics
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
