Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring tasks
- Install and finish drywall, flooring, and framing materials
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with supervisors and skilled trades professionals
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform material handling and inventory management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience with concrete finishing and carpentry
