Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mounting fixtures and replacing outlets.
- Ensure all work complies with local Virginia building codes and safety regulations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Learn to use and maintain hand and power tools effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the USA.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
