Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery with precision and safety
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist in quality control inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, levels) and heavy equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow complex instructions
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
