Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople
- Inspect materials for quality and compliance with specifications
- Report project progress and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Background check and drug screen required
