Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and earthwork operations
- Construct and install concrete foundations, forms, and structures
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Install and maintain scaffolding, rigging, and safety systems
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
- Perform demolition and debris removal with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and electricians
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid Maryland driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to safety protocols and quality standards
