Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) per OSHA standards
- Construct/repair structures using concrete, steel, and sustainable materials
- Implement strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex commercial projects
- Read blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Perform quality checks and document daily progress
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction labor experience with heavy machinery certification
- OSHA 30-hour training and valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Flexible schedule including overtime and weekend availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
