Responsibilities
- Execute skilled tasks including concrete pouring, framing, masonry, and finish carpentry
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for precise project implementation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and report defects
- Participate in pre-construction planning and post-project evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Georgia state contractor's license preferred
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
