Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople
- Follow blueprints and maintain project cleanliness and organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and inspection checks
- Collaborate effectively with diverse team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
