Responsibilities
- Execute concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form setup
- Install and finish drywall, framing, and carpentry elements
- Operate heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts, power tools) safely
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for precise implementation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to meet deadlines
- Perform demolition and site preparation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and measurement equipment
- Knowledge of building codes and construction materials
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
