Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and finishing with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant worksite
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
- Perform site preparation, material handling, and demolition as needed
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional construction or skilled trades experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including occasional overtime and weekend work
- Must pass background check and drug screening
