Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) safely and efficiently
- Install and maintain structural components (framing, roofing, concrete)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers) on integrated projects
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
