Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with certification
- Install foundational structures and concrete frameworks
- Manage material inventory and logistics at job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional trade teams seamlessly
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and quality checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and hand instruments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/night shifts as needed)
